A large-scale drug awareness effort in Italy has surpassed over one million drug-prevention booklets distributed in recent weeks. The initiative forms part of the drug awareness programme known as “The Truth About Drugs”, which aims to provide factual education about commonly abused substances and their short- and long-term effects.
Approximately hundreds of volunteers across the country are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas. The campaign focuses on helping young people make informed decisions, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a clear way.
The initiative forms part of Scientology-supported social betterment activities, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. Full details about news eu the campaign can be found here: Italy’s Drug Prevention Campaign Surpasses One Million Booklets Distributed in One Month.
